Fix for Launch Crash/Hang Bug [fixed]

This game will hang shortly after launch because it's trying to access a save folder that doesn't exist yet. You can manually create this save folder and then the game will launch without problems. You will need to manually create a folder at the following path where {username} is the name of your current Windows user account:

 C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Gachamon\Save

Team Whale / King of the Hill Crash Bug [fixed]

There's a trainer in the NE corner of the 1st town with the label "Team Whale" but identified in the dialogue box as "KING OF THE HILL". Defeating him in battle will crash the game when it tries to execute a removed debug script. If you accidentally start battling this trainer, flee / concede the match to avoid crashing the game. Conceding doesn't have any consequences except warping you back to the Gio Mart.

Concept

Inspired by Pokemon RNG manipulation, this game faithfully implements Gen 1 Pokemon battle mechanics with a simplified RNG that can easily be viewed and manipulated by the player. You'll need to take every advantage you can get if you want to proceed in this overly-monetized gacha-game version of Pokemon.

Controls

Keyboard, mouse, and gamepad controls are all supported to varying degrees.

• Arrow Up / W: Move up

• Enter / Spacebar / Gamepad A: Interact or confirm menu selection
• Escape / Gamepad B: Open main menu or cancel menu selection

RNG Manipulation

Follow these instructions exactly to obtain a Kitstune from the gachamon machine:

1. Start a new game. Keep the default name of DJAMXII.
   
2. Go to the abandoned house in the SE corner of the map and examine the broken gachamon machine.
   
3. Take exactly 4 steps through the tall grass near the edge of town, then step out of the tall grass.
   
4. Go inside the Gio Mart and use the gachamon machine 2 times.
   
5. Your first gachamon pull should be a L5 Blirb. The second pull will be a L5 Kitstune.
