feature: Fullscreen mode now available on the web build

Fullscreen mode is now available on the web build, and the game will automatically resize as needed to fill the screen. The backspace key has been added as an additional keybind for the menu/cancel button so that players don't have to use the ESC key and exit out of fullscreen mode.
